Where can I try on Artus frames in person?
You are welcome to try on our collections in person at our studio space, located within the Piece925 Jewelry Studio at 204 Ben Yehuda Street, Tel Aviv. Please note that visits are by appointment only—please contact us in advance to schedule your arrival.
Can I order custom prescription lenses online?
Yes. You can place your order directly through our website and note that you require custom prescription lenses. Simply send us your prescription details and measurements after your eye exam, and we will custom-fit the premium optical lenses to your chosen Artus frames and ship them directly to you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Artus order arrives in our signature, premium packaging designed for longevity and protection, making it naturally gift-ready. If you would like to include a personalized note, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Shipping & Returns
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much do shipping and returns cost?
We provide free worldwide shipping and free returns on all standard items, making it seamless for you to try our frames risk-free from home.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, frames must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that custom products—including frames fitted with custom prescription lenses—cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out seamlessly as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to securely save your details, track your current orders, and view your purchase history with ease.
