Accessibility Statement

At www.weartus.com we work to make our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-off project.

The standard we work to
This website is being made accessible in line with Chapter C: Internet Services of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C's WCAG guidelines at Level AA. We aim to meet that level. We do not claim that every page and every component currently meets it in full.

What we have done
• Text and interface colours across the store have been adjusted to meet the required contrast ratios.
• A visible keyboard focus indicator is shown on links, buttons, form fields and product option controls, so keyboard users can always see where they are.
• A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page moves keyboard focus into the main content.
• Product images carry descriptive alternative text.
• Product options such as Lens Colour and Size are grouped and labelled so screen readers announce them correctly, and options that are unavailable are announced as unavailable.
• Changes to the shopping cart are announced to screen reader users.
• The site reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport width, and at 200% and 400% zoom.
• Motion: the decorative background video on the home page has a visible, keyboard operable Pause / Play control. The video is decorative and is hidden from screen readers. If your operating system is set to "reduce motion", the video does not start on its own and the moving brand banners are frozen in place.

Technical specifications
The site is built on Shopify using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is intended to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.

Parts of the site that are not fully accessible
Despite the work described above, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. As of the date of this statement we are aware of the following, and we are working to resolve them:
• On some pages, text placed over photography may not reach the required contrast ratio, because the contrast depends on the individual image behind the text.
• The site has not yet been tested end to end with a screen reader by a human tester, so some announcements may not read as intended.
• The checkout is hosted and controlled by the Shopify platform and is not fully within our control.
• Some third-party components embedded in the site, including the accessibility toolbar, are supplied by external providers and their accessibility is not fully under our control. The accessibility toolbar is an additional convenience; it is not the means by which we work to meet the standard.
• Documents and content published before the date of this statement may not all have been reviewed.

אנו ב-www.weartus.com פועלים כדי שאתר האינטרנט שלנו יהיה שמיש עבור כמה שיותר אנשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו רואים בנגישות עבודה מתמשכת ולא פרויקט חד-פעמי.

התקן שאליו אנו פועלים
האתר מונגש בהתאם לסימן ג': שירותי האינטרנט שבתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG של ארגון W3C ברמה AA. אנו חותרים לעמוד ברמה זו. איננו טוענים שכל עמוד וכל רכיב באתר עומדים בה במלואה נכון להיום.

מה נעשה
• צבעי הטקסט והממשק באתר הותאמו כך שיעמדו ביחסי הניגודיות הנדרשים.
• מחוון פוקוס גלוי מוצג על קישורים, כפתורים, שדות טופס ובוררי אפשרויות מוצר, כך שמשתמשי מקלדת תמיד רואים היכן הם נמצאים.
• בראש כל עמוד קיים קישור "דלג לתוכן" המעביר את פוקוס המקלדת אל התוכן המרכזי.
• לתמונות המוצרים יש טקסט חלופי מתאר.
• אפשרויות מוצר כגון צבע עדשה ומידה מקובצות ומתויגות כך שקוראי מסך יקריאו אותן נכון, ואפשרות שאינה זמינה מוכרזת ככזו.
• שינויים בסל הקניות מוכרזים למשתמשי קורא מסך.
• האתר נערך מחדש ללא גלילה אופקית עד לרוחב מסך של 320 פיקסלים, וכן בהגדלה של 200% ו-400%.
• תנועה: לסרטון הרקע הדקורטיבי בעמוד הבית יש פקד השהיה/ניגון גלוי הניתן להפעלה במקלדת. הסרטון דקורטיבי ומוסתר מקוראי מסך. אם במערכת ההפעלה שלך מוגדרת "הפחתת תנועה", הסרטון אינו מתחיל מעצמו ורצועות המותג הנעות קופאות במקומן.

מפרט טכני
האתר בנוי על פלטפורמת Shopify בטכנולוגיות HTML, CSS ו-JavaScript, ומיועד לעבוד עם גרסאות עדכניות של הדפדפנים Chrome, Edge, Firefox ו-Safari, ועם קוראי מסך כגון NVDA, JAWS ו-VoiceOver.

חלקים באתר שאינם נגישים במלואם
חרף האמור לעיל, ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים באתר טרם הונגשו במלואם. נכון למועד עדכון הצהרה זו ידועים לנו הליקויים הבאים, ואנו פועלים לתיקונם:
• בחלק מהעמודים, טקסט המוצג על גבי צילום עשוי שלא להגיע ליחס הניגודיות הנדרש, משום שהניגודיות תלויה בתמונה הספציפית שמאחורי הטקסט.
• האתר טרם נבדק מקצה לקצה בידי בודק אנושי באמצעות קורא מסך, ולכן ייתכן שחלק מההכרזות אינן נקראות כמתוכנן.
• תהליך התשלום (Checkout) מתארח ומנוהל בפלטפורמת Shopify ואינו בשליטתנו המלאה.
• רכיבי צד-שלישי המוטמעים באתר, ובכללם סרגל הנגישות, מסופקים בידי ספקים חיצוניים ונגישותם אינה בשליטתנו המלאה. סרגל הנגישות הוא אמצעי עזר נוסף; אין הוא האמצעי שבאמצעותו אנו פועלים לעמוד בתקן.
• ייתכן שמסמכים ותכנים שפורסמו לפני מועד הצהרה זו טרם נסקרו.
